Feeling very poorly

Feeling so ill at the moment, I am suffering from a really horrible cold, not sleeping and my skin is so sore to the touch it's making it difficult to get any comfort, my head is constantly banning and the cough is so horrible, my chest feels like it is being gripped by a vice. Does anyone else find that they suffer more than others due to the Fibromyalgia?

Thank you and I hope you are feeling better soon too. Things are slowly improving, my body is not as sore as it was yesterday and the cough is not as fierce so fingers crossed that things continue to improve xx

Everything feels much much worse when my allergies play up or I catch a cold or virus and completely understand how you must be feeling right now. EVERYTHING feels much much worse!

Please look after yourself. You may need to take a little more or less of certain meds to feel better.

Look after that cough - double check that it's definitely a cold and not the start of the spring allergy season.
