I am now in week 4 of a persistent cough.I have asthma so had steroids earlier in month as breathing was bad,then came antibs as diagnosed with upper respitory tract infection.Meds for infection finished and still have cough!
Plays havoc with my FMS.Anyone else afflicted and what measures have you adopted?

I'm sorry you are having such a rough time, I would seriously get an appointment with your doctor asap as recommendations at the moment are that if you've been coughing for three weeks or more, to see your GP. you obviously have the underlying conditions which won't be helping things, but I really think advice from a doctor should be sought on this.
I have recently been give antibiotics to accompany my daily 10mg of Prednisolone due to breathing issues. I want to genuinely wish you all the best of luck with your breathing problems.
Ho, sorry to hear about this coughing. Hope it's better already. But just a small advice to cleanse your body from toxins and allergens.
