Pregabalin and weight gain OMG !!!

What do I do I have defo put weight on since taking this med , I’m still sore but I think it is taking the edge off pain slightly , but I can’t be doing with weight gain as I feel so uncomfortable , x

Hi yes I had to come off pregabalin after about 10 months as I put on over a stone in weight (no change in diet) - neese - all the drugs I have been put in had awful side effects for me so I have gone drug free (except the odd painkiller or sleeping tablet) good luck neese. x

It's hard but have been off meds for over a year now -. When I don't eat well or pace or stress too much or don't move enough (walking, aqua/swim) I crash -for a couple of days so have to keep on top of it - xx

Thought about coming off all meds myself , just don’t know 🤷‍♀️ I will discuss with doc , been really quite sore today so that’s why I am questioning Pregabalin , just dunno x

Hi, I do think Pregabalin helps dull the pain, but like you I feel uncomfortable about the weight increase. My doctor told me to keep a food diary, and go to bed hungry. I felt a bit like I was being told off and that I was eating too much. I would be interested to know if anyone lost weight whilst taking this drug?😬
