What to do with my feet?

Anyone got any remedy for my poor feet? Heat is the only this that makes them less painful, not for long mind, what else can I do with them? I'm a mum of 2 so taking it easy isn't an option! Need to ease the pain when I get chance to sit down. What do you all do with sore feet?

Just an idea since i have the opposite problem, have you tried a muscle rub that produces heat. such as Deep Heat. I get burning pains in my feet and have to soak them in a bowl of cold water.

The sore feet are more heel pain (Plantar fasciitis) that are helped by insoles in my shoes and putting my feet up when sitting down, even raising them a little helps. Hope you find something that helps you soon.

someone told me epsom salts in a bowl of hottish water, or vic - but I think that might be the menthol.

I like arnica gel or arnica bath soak.

You might try getting a parrafin dip. They aren't expensive and the cheapest one will work fine for your needs. You lotion your feet., dip them in the paraffin several times, wait for the wax to cool before the next dip, then wrap then in a plastic bag. (I use the bags provided in the produce section of grocery stores) Then wrap them up in a towel. You can also get those microwavable "socks" that are filled with seeds and use those over the wax or just alone on your feet. Then you can keep the heat on your feet a lot longer. And it's easy to get them hot again.

I am so sorry to read that you have this issue, and I was wondering if you have ever discussed how your feet are with a Podiatrist? I would definitely talk to your GP and see if they will give you a referral to see somebody and get professional advice?

Another thought, it is actually a tip i read to keep your feet warm in winter and that is cayenne pepper in your socks.

No not nuts yet. I will try any thing to get relief.

Oh my god i feel your pain, i have 2 little ones as well and the pain is so bad in my feet also, any tips from any one would be gladly received, by the end of the day i could just cry.

alegrias have an amazing sole that is the best if buying palonas take a size smaller as they arereally big made but feet heaven ive got fyro and arthritis in my feet and these are the only footware i use these days everything else sets of pain

They tell me mine is poor circulation. I keep my legs moving as much as I can always wear sock & slippers around the house & pray for the hot water bottle at bed time quite frequently. X
