itis always the ones we love that have the most effect on us. Calm down, have a cup of tea or whatever apologise and move on.

Hi Ros,

Sorry you're feeling so rough today but I think Betty is right, we always are effected by those we love the most and equally we then take it out on them.

I think the advice of a cup of tea and a rest is in order then perhaps you won't feel so rotten.

Sending calming and soothing vibes your way :-)

Hi Ros

I am so sorry to read that, and I genuinely hope that you are feeling better now? Where would we be without our kids? Erm, now you mention it ..... Hawaii ...... Barbados ....... Samoa ...... Only joking!

Take care

When I get frustrated and when i'm tired I flip out too. I get upset when my family don't seem to understand and are flippant, without really meaning to be. *hugs* hope you feel better today x
