I have just read a post which answered my first question so I know I am not alone in my sweaty head problem. I was wondering if anyone has found anything that helps with this as my head literally is saturated with in seconds and I haven't even done anything to strenuous.
Would appreciate ANY advise.
Thanks xx

I sincerely hope that you are feeling as well as you possibly can be today? Unfortunately I haven't really got any suggestions? The only thing that has ever worked for me is when I have a migraines as apart from my pain killers I have Ibuprofen Gel. If I use a bit of this as well it does block the pores slightly for a short time?
So, it addresses two problems at one? I had better not mention this to my GP or I will get an ear bashing!
I genuinely hope that you can find the answers that you so desperately desire and deserve?
I get them and not on cocodamol. I've learnt if I pace myself they're fewer and I take them as a trigger to rest. I don't have to be too strenuous.
I get them all time I was told it my fibro know how you feel I'm same all time don't know how to stop it sorry love xxx
Oh I really wish I knew the answer to that one, I am the same and it gets a little embarrassing when I am in work. Generally I sit right beside a fan and that helps, its not much good when you are out and about. I noticed one posts had said they took it as a trigger to rest, I must admit if I done that I would never move
I have the same problem, its embarrassing as my hair is long and ends up soaked. Wish I knew how to stop it.
I hear what you are all saying, I get it too without moving a limb & my hair ends up looking like it's just been washed. I find it very debilitating, it puts me off going out the house because I feel everyone is looking at me. I wish there was a cure
Oh, I'm fed up with having wringing wet hair. In the morning my hair is soaked with sweat and so is my pillow!! I carry one of those little battery operated hand held fans around with me and the blower is always on in my car!! XX
I just don't know, I had my hair cut really short and thinned out, it didn't make a blind bit of difference! I'm not convinced it's medication as I've had so many changes and nothing's different. I'm with you Sue32, I have the blowers on in the car and those little fans are quite useful.
I have always rolled up 2 hand towels when I get up or remember, soak them in cold water ring out excess then put in the freezer. when I need one just wrap around my neck or plonk on top of my head, it feels great when the coolness has gone put it back in the freezer, and take the other one out and start all over again.
