I am so sorry to read that you are having headaches and itchy eyes, and I genuinely hope that you can find some resolution and relief to these problems.
I constantly suffer from both of these and it is really unpleasant so I understand completely. I have pasted you the NHS Choices link to Fibro symptoms, and if you scroll down it tells you how headaches with nausea are an issue with Fibro:
I also have had problems with really itchy eyes recently. From doing some research I think it could be something called blepharitis. Apparently this is a condition that can occur with fibro. Would be a good idea to discuss with your doc Incase it is something that needs treatment.
I used to have bad headaches on the left side of my forehead, I went to a specialist dentist who was trained in face pain in the USA. He gave me a trigger point injection into my forehead which worked immediately like magic, and also made two mouth frames, one that I wear every night that clamps up and down together called a mandibular device that prevents me from getting temporomandibular joint dysfunction, and another that I wear in the daytime when I the headache comes back that I clip over my bottom teeth - it instantly moves the pain from my forehead to my lower teeth, but within 10 minutes I am usually pain free. I don't know what this is called. There are some dental hospitals that have a specialist that deals in face/head pain and it might be worth seeing if you can get a referral. The other thing that can cause headache is knots in the muscles of the neck, you can do trigger point massage yourself by using a theracane or a tennis ball, get the book by Clare Davies to tell you how to do it, it is called Trigger Point Therapy Workbook - I have it with me all the time and find it really helpful, if the pain in my head/neck/shoulders/left arm gets bad I spend out and get a massage from a deep tissue massage therapist, or a trigger point massage therapist, or a fascial release therapist. It helps me though because I am so knotty (I have myofascial Pain Syndrome which I share iwth 70% of fibro sufferers) it is sometimes painful to have the therapy itself. I also had very itchy eyes, it was a question of trying out lots of eye drops to find one that suited me, and I swear by one called Soothe, but other people might find one that suits them better. That seems largely better now thankfully. I think fibro sufferers do get dry eyes a lot. I hope this helps you, I have paradoxical effects to a lot of medicines and others make my bladder flare, so I keep to non-medicine treatments as far as I can. Love and hugs x
yes, I have the same. It's so frustrating. I find bathing my eyes with saline solution helps a little.

I have constant headaches, like you sometimes mild sometimes a migraine and have an itchy left eye. The itchy eye according to my gp and optician, is an extremely dry cornea. I have artificial tear drops for it and gave been told to increase the water I drink. Also as my job is computer based I have been told to ensure I blink frequently. Sounds silly when you say it, but it works and my eyes are not as bad. Hope you get yours sorted....now for the headaches that's a different story
A few weeks ago I had red very sore eyes went to eye clinic at hospital, was told to put a hot water bottle on each eye as it's like pus that builds up and wipe them with baby shampoo also have drops as eyes are very dry. At mo it's helping they don't feel as heavy or gritty. Hope this might help
YES, and I am all for my grandmothers treatments (old wives' tales) and she always used cold milk in an eye bath if anyone had any eye trouble, she raised 7 kids and 5 grandkids, and I still use it today, with good effect.
I also get the headaches, though I could put these down to analgesic headachesw, as long-term use of painkillers can cause headaches, but then again, I have cervical spondylosis also which could be causing them
Hi I have had the sore and ichie eyes, The Dr gave me drops to try but it did,nt seem to work also my eyesight seemed to be affected , it got me down so went to Opticians to have eye test ! and was told I,d got a Macular Degreneratation , its to do with the retina at the back of the eye .
