Hi jules16

I am so sorry to read that you are suffering all the stress of this problem at the moment, and I genuinely hope that you can find some resolution and relief to this issue. I have pasted you a link to the GOV.UK sites overview of DLA, so I hope that you find this useful:

gov.uk/dla-disability-livin...

It may be an idea to discuss the issue with your local CAB if you do not receive the monies soon? There is also an interesting feature about this topic on the benefits and work website, I have pasted you the link below:

benefitsandwork.co.uk/forum...

I want to wish you all the best of luck with this.

All my hopes and dreams for you

Email your MP, they are surprisingly helpful, and as it is for a child, they should be willing to gee up the DWP.

I second this, bend their ears until they do something about this. Its intolerable & the shouldn't get away with it.

Hi Sorry to hear the struggle you have had. It is sound advice about the MP as they can be surprisingly helpful and seem to be able to get a response much quicker than us. Good luck with it all. Warm thoughtsx
