does anyone know how log it takes for dwp to reinstate my payments and back money after ive won my appeal to be put in support group?

my esa wrag ran out april 2012 and since then ive been fighting to be put in support group, ive won my appeal was 28th of october and ive had no word from dwp ?

I would phone them or write to them and find out whats going on and if you have any letters saying that you have won your appeal send them a copy but to be honest if you ring them they should have a record of it on their systems. Good luck I hope they sort it for you soon x

It depends on how long it takes the tribunal to inform them, if they disagree with the decision, the DWP can ask for your case to be looked at again and so on. If they accept the decision, it can still take several weeks or months before they pay arrears. Give it a month then ring them.

yes I agree with esagestapo. I waited nearly 10 weeks for mine first time, second time I phoned them after 28 days and it was sorted out in a few days

Mine was backdated but took 16 weeks

It will just go into your account when you least expect it, usually 2 weeks or next payment date.
