Hi Ross I am exactly the same today.Not even enough energy to answer posts.

I must have started to answer yours 5 or 6 times and given up before I started. so much for a good nights sleep.Only woke up twice for a wee. some kind of a record that. Bye for now this is making my arm burn and cramp. hugs sue xx

Its not pleasant I had to walk to the bank for work today, its not far, got halfway there and my legs and back were so sore I was starting to wonder if I would make it back could it be the change in the weather?

Several times I bumped into my daughter and said sorry that your bumping into me joking but it wasn't just her it was other people they must've thought I was on the tipple lol take care. Ros
