Bruises all over

Have massive bruises on thighs...no idea how or where they came from...I must look like a bettered wife to my daughters and friends Wonder if this is common among all Fibro sufferers?

Have had this in the past, I think it was effect of meds I was on at the time, cant remember what meds though.

Hi Klfhl.

I must confess that of all the side effects i have has this has not been one of them, but that is not to say we are on the same drugs and I know for definite how drugs affect people differently as once when my wife am I were on the same drug a while ago we had totally opposite effects.

I sincerely hope that you are feeling as well as you possibly can today? I am so sorry to read that you have bruises on your thigh and I genuinely hope that you can find some resolution and relief to the issue. I have heard other members say that they have the same issue but I have never experienced it myself.

Its worth a check at the drs. I had this last July but mine was on arms as well. A blood test should clear it up. I ended up with something secondary it wasn't fibro related but have since spoke to someone who has the same. Don't want to scare monger cause it could be nothing but I'd get it checked all the same. Xxx

Thanks teddybear7 I don't think it's meds as I have bruised easily in past. Just nothing as bad as the present bruises..just thought it was Fibro related xx

My kids are always asking me what I have done to myself, I always seem to have bruises on my legs and arms, when I have acupuncture I bruise badly as well. xx
