In the posts about constipation and what helps with staying regular, forgot to mention flaxseed. £4.50 a bag and really works :() x

The flaxseed is sold ground up. So you sprinkle it on cereal or dump a spoonful into yogurt x

Ah good crop, I was just gong to say it needs to be crushed otherwise it just goes straight through you with no benefits at all,.....well done you :-)

Indeedy and the porridge season is nearing for me, I'm just finishing off the last of the oatibix before I swap over to porridge......I make mine with water! a little salt and then some seeds and some yoghurt on top, keeps me going all day long :-)

I make mine with water too, plus a few raisins and couple of chopped prunes and the flaxseed. Yum! X
