I know someone who made themselves seriously ill through drinking 3+ litres of water a day... You are right. Everything in moderation!!x
On a sister site they're talking about using lemon water as a way of losing weight. Someone was proposing drinking a gallon! probably not hazardous but how do you get and keep that much down?
