hi im new so bear with me, I have had a protruding coxic bone since I fell down my stairs, since then I get a stiff back when im standing for long periods also its starting to ache when I walk, its a dull draging pain, any ideas please, ,,

hi I have doctors appointment this week, I have tried ignoring the weird pains but I can't no longer pretend theres nothing wrong, thanks foggy for ya reply,

Hi Andy,funnily enough I also have a protruding coccyx bone from falling in my bath and landing on the metal handle,ouch,some 15 plus years ago now.If I sit on it it is really painful.I do hope you get it sorted out soon,when did you fall?x

Definitely see your GP. If sitting on it is painful try to get a Coccyx Cushion. It has a notch cut out at the back so when sitting there is no pressure on the tailbone. I got mine from Argos, but there are many places which do them nowadays.

I have the same symptoms I hd mri scan tests showed I hd spondylitis wich has affected my walking even thou just hd new knee 4mths ago. I now go to pain clinic & pyshio. has my back hurts every time I walk. hope this helps x
