Aches and pains
I was told it has something to do with the barometric pressure.
I would like to know the answer to this too...although the hot weather kills me too. This summer was brutal for me.
I agree the cold wet weather is a downer where the pain is. However the sun and heat almost did for me I shut myself in a darkened room for most of it. I agree with Natura brutal time
I'm feeling it already as well seems to be getting throbbing in my fingers π€π€π€
Water bottles and fluffy dressing gowns are a must lol

I asked this at the pain clinic and the acupuncturist gave the same answer by the way it us not just in our minds. Supposedly anyone with problems such as osteo, fibro etc has a definately physical reaction to the cold. Part of it us due to the expansion and contraction of the fluids between the joints (sorry don't know medical term) and if course any changes pulls on our muscles alson the damp in the air does it. With the colder weather our muscles contract and become less pliable hence unfortunately all this adds to our aches and pains. Hot water bottle on back a I typeπ£π’x
I am so genuinely sorry to read that and I sincerely hope that you can find some resolution and relief to the pain. I want to sincerely wish you all the best of luck.
All my hopes and dreams for you

I have a heated throw blanket I use in cold weather. Admittedly it doesn't get really cold here but cold enough that it hurts! The heat is a problem but air conditioners work for that! The cold though is harder for me. I lived up north for awhile and it was almost impossible for me to function. I feel for all of you. Please stay as warm as you can. Hugs to all
