so I have thought of a comeback the next time someone says it I am going to look them straight in the face and say, "THAT'S NOT WHAT MY HOSPITAL RECORDS SAY UNLESS YOU KNOW SOMETHING I DON'T".. (there I feel better now I got that off my chest...!!!).. 1..2..3 AND BREATHE!!!

I totally agree with you. The latest thing that people are saying to me is that it is an age thing. I'm 47! So frustrating. And another thing happening is that I've been hit in the leg twice because I couldn't move quickly enough for someone with a stick. Shame we don't have some sort of easily recognised badge.

the so called friends that I used to hang about with and do anything for, dropped me like a hot stone when I got ill, all five of them ,that devastated me ,I saw one of them recently and she said ,I shall have to come round for coffee at yours ,I said no point because apparently you couldn't be there for me when I needed you and I have got worse , so unless it's help a cripple week , no I don't want that!!! her face was a picture , she walked off rather stunned!!, in the beginning when that happen it made a bad situation worse to be dropped like that, but I know it's not me but them , so goodbye to bad rubbish,i'd rather talk to my hamster!!!

Hi I know just how you feel....I dont see many of my friends. Only 1 that has stayed round is my friend Carol, she is so supportive. The others who I have known for 28yrs, well they have gone.
