to focus on! This helps us divert our pain and our worries. So it could be going for a hair cut ( all ways works wonders for me :D) Half term and taking the children out to the swing or the Zoo.

Plan a holiday book a holiday then you have to very slowly get ready for it :D

Go to the beautician have a facial or your nails done.

Basically something just for you.

What do you do?

Having my daughter visit from London ( im in Scotland) kept me flying for a few days, then i crashed . I agree having something that makes you want to get out of bed makes s big difference. I have booked a massage at a local college for next week, cant wait.

Hi, we have a camper van and really look forward to lots of trips away in the New Forest. It's hard work, but worth it. Lots of walking, BBQs and bottles of wine with a good book! Can't wait till the summer :)

I am looking forward to our next camping trip to try out the ready bed our daughter and son in law bought us for christmas. Its a full sized full height folding camp bed. No more rolling around on the floor if I get cramp like I did last time......Sue

Hi Fibrofoggiest, bet your looking forward to your hols, we wet to Kos a while ago, in Sept, wonderful weather. The island is beautiful, very picturesque typically Greek plenty of nice walks, and empty beaches.. We hired a car and toured , visiting different beaches and tiny villages. Went to Kos town, where a typical greek wedding was taking placed, we were grabbed, dragged ito the church and joined in the festivities. It's the custum to fire off rifles with live ammo, very noisey and exciting.. The people are all very welcoming and friendly. Have a good holiday. Stay well, and enjoy yourselves

Jamie

Hi Gins

You are so right I just had that conversation wiyh my neighbour who popped in 4 a cuppa. U need 2 have an aim each day, an it doesn't have 2 b a big thing either.

I just started a meditation/yoga class which is so gentle an concentrates on breathing an movement. It is lovely....well worth doing, calming an good for the Fibro, only bit difficult is gettingb up and down off the floor, he!!

I always plan lunches with the good people u know, who try to understand you, an not make u feel strange about being in Fibro land. You know what though I have learnt about people good an bag. Even if u have 2 reallg good friends, take comfort from them, an u give in return!!!

Just went to Heliers hospital had X ray on my knee. I do not know what I have done to it, gotta b the excessive weight, he, he!! Anyway hrre goes.

Wish u all a happy, reduced pain an peaceful wkend!!!! God bless. Xx
