Groin pain and fibromyalgia are these normal bed fellows.
hi,i never leave any pain....and definatly never ever put everything down to fibro x
I have this pain goes round my back a little down
The front of my leg and into my shin which feels like
I have been kicked,
My fibro has always started in my left leg, and every
Time I have a flare it gets worse this Time I have had
It for the last three weeks, I get fibro in other places
But it allways appears worse in my left leg
I work with 2 other girls who have fibro, one gets it
Worse in her neck and has Botox to help with the pain
The other girl gets it worse in her arms, so I think it's
Differient for most of us, but if you are worried see your
Doctor as there are a few other thinks besides fibro that
It could be
It's not my usual pain its an added extra. My usual fibro pain is the leg pain you described but in my right leg. So this left groin pain is completely new. Now sorting my head out so i don't feel guilty or like I'm time wasting when visiting my gp tomorrow.
Good idea to see your gp for any new pain...hope all goes ok, could be a pulled muscle in the groin ( groin strain) or maybe lymph node a bit swollen, I used to get swollen lymph nodes in my groin when I got bladder infections, even slight ones which made my groin area very painful...
Just an update, went to my GP and i have a bladder infection. Lots of blood in my pee. And in quite a bit of pain. I have antibiotics so i guess i have to just wait for them to kick in.
Sounds like urine unfection get any new pain checked dnt put everythung down to fibro gud luck c
Do you sleep on your front, maybe?
My Husband had groin pain and went to a physio who pinpointed it really quickly. She asked him how he slept, and he replied that he sort of slept over on his front mainly. She told him that the twisting like that set pains off in that exact area. He now sleeps on his side with a pillow to stop him falling onto his front, and she applied pressure to the groin to ease the muscle spasm. Problem sorted for him - thought it might be an idea?
Whoops, just read it was yourself that went to GP and had the infection, sorry. How did it go?
