Groin Pain

Does any have bad groin pain with fibro,....

We all have so many extra conditions. You must get any pain that has not been diagnosed checked asap by your doctor.

I have POS, gall stones, IBS, hernia and for the past year stomach muscle strain. All of which give pain and I can often not know which one is playing up until it gets real bad.

Most with Fibro have some of these other issues. But you need to get checked as it could be anything. Best wishes Fi

I am one of the lucky ones I do have IBS But that seems to go

With fibro, I find that the IBS is well controlled with the medication

That I take for fibro, I am lucky as I don't suffer with any thing

Else.

My fibro started in my groin and has never gone away, worse

Some times than others, I thought that because of my job nurse

I was in for a hip operation lifting does that to,you, but after all

The exrays nothing just general ware.

I wonder now if I have this skeletal pain as well as fibro which

May account as to why I always have a pain there, if you have

Had a injury or maybe a job lifting then it could be that, or maybe

Just fibro.

You may have problems with your hips, it might be that they are just

Out of line, or maybe you have hip problems it starts in the groin but

What ever if it's new you need to get it checked out by your GP

i was told groin pain may indicate hip problem as well as fm and should always be checked out/xray

I have had two hip replacements since being diagnosed with M.E./fibro...the pain started in my groin..so do get your hips checked..x

Hi Lighterlife

I had lower back, hip & groin pain. I was Xrayed & my Dr said I had Myofascial Pain Syndrome. However as I continued complaining Doc referred me to an Orthopaedic Specialist who I had 2 appointments with & he dx FM.

I am now having probs with my Docs & getting meds but thats a whole new story.
