Lidocane infusion
Hello Crissy,
I have never personally had any infusions as treatment for my Fibro but others may answer who can help you with their experiences.
I would, however like to provide you with the link to our FibroAction Website for information about infusions that you may find helpful;

Hope this helps

I have been on the list to receive them(they are given in a group of 3)for close to a year!!! I had the first one but, nobody told me that it's a really diluted dosage because so many people have bad reactions to the drug. Yes it takes an hour which in my case was pure hell! I can't stay in one position for any length of time. I get stiff and it causes me a lot of pain. the problem is they hook all these electrodes to you. you have to remainn completely still or the monitors start beeping. the nurse that had to sit with me for the hour, kept telling me to be still. nicely in the beginning, i told her i couldn't. after about 20 minutes of her yelling at me, I told her to go f**k herself because I CAN'T STAY STILL!!!!! i told the doctor before they hooked me up, that i wouldn't be able to stay still. anyway, that was about 5 months ago and i'm still waiting for the second one. hope it goes better for you.
I get lidocaine pain patches that r helpful for small sites u can wear up to 3 patches for 12 hours then 12 hrs none.
