How is this heat affecting everyone? i am struggling at the moment, lots of pain and so tired, i am finding it difficult to get out of bed in the morning and really hard to motivate myself. My muscles ache so much as well.
Still waiting to hear about my ESA.
I'm struggling too, I'm not eating much either, but I'm drinking water and peeing for england!

My muscles are so sore, the past few days and it's wearing me out a bit....
I'm like that all the time! Ah well, at least we don't have to worry about the heating bills in this weather.

Just like ladymoth mine are also like that all the time, but this heat makes every thing swell up, cant get my rings off, ands my joints are soo painful just like a nagging toothache, but hey it could be worse, enjoy whilst you can, it will soon be raining ect lol hope you all have good day tomorrow, gentle hugs...Dee xx

I am not too bad with the heat.there is usually a cool wind/breeze to take the edge off.but my whole body either aches or is in pain.it doesn't help when I caught my trousers on the base of fence post and fell onto a low brick wall in my front garden bruising my face and knee.i do feel so tired all day and just want to sleep but to hot too.even walking my dogs was a struggle today.
it is a struggle.i don't eat much either just breakfast and a small meal some time in pm./drinking plenty of water/drinks with glucose.
