ATOS again!

Having one a tribunal in November 2012, just 6 and a half months later I find myself back at Atos this morning for another medical. I contacted DWP to find out if this was correct as I was recommended not to be reviewed for 2 years and placed in the support group. Apparently it is ok. They decided that 1 year review was sufficient and it is 1 year from the date of your last medical and was told the tribunal was separate! So everything I went through last year was for nothing. I have to go through it all over again! !!

Join the club - and very exclusive it is too! I'm onto Round 3 right now and going through the usual cycle of ESA - ATOS - TRIBUNAL. I've won I, lost the 2nd and am now preparing for the third. It's incredible that we are made to jump through these hoops due to diagnosed conditions such as Fibromyalgia and ME made by specialists and doctors who know so much more than these civil servants but its something we MUST do! We cannot let bureaucracy and politics beat us when we've done nothing wrong but get ill! Onwards and upwards my friends...and DON'T LET THESE BASTARDS GRIND YOU DOWN!
