My mum had heart op on weds all is well she only needed stents in the end shes still unwell and on bed rest but good all round. Now time to sort myself out i have work at 5.30 really cant be arsed to go im so tired its unreal. Pain aint good its getting worse. x

Hi. Glad your mum is doing well, now it`s time for you to have a little ` you time` if you can. Remember the motto ` IT`S ONLY PAIN AND IT WON`T KILL YOU ` when you are feeling awful, go and do something that will distract you from thinking about how bad you feel,it`s the only way sometimes, hard I know , but it works, it`s the way I live most of the time, so don`t think I`m being unsympathetic, I`m not, I really am trying to help. Sending healing thoughts and gentle hugs, hope you feel better soon.
