Good mornin everyone, ok so a bit of a gross one for me this mornin so apologies in advance,
I'm sick to death of going to the tolet for number 2s, I have IBS so I no why but by the goodness of all why do I have to be back to the tolet 50 times this mornin ok moan over.

I know the feeling, I have IBS-D. It's a nightmare. Rules your life, are you taking anything for it?? I use Colpamin xx
No the doctor gave me something but it made things worse so I'm just trying to eat well xx

Has anyone heard of the new tablet that can be prescribed for IBS and constipation? I've forgotten the name...I wanted to give it a try as it mentions painkillers...co-codamol and Tramadol can be so constipation and throw in IBS and you have one messed up tum. These aren't anything like senokcot..lactulose...stool softeners. They are new and work on both. Just wondered had anyone suffering been offered these instead of meds that frankly you can buy in most supermarkets. Happy Sunday to all x
Fortunately I do not have IBS but a great friend does and she swears by eating Greek Natural Yogurt and Honey (just a small amount per day) helps her greatly....
