having a bad day
Me too, back to bed.
Hi Blue bell
As I said to vixen I think you've made the choice to go back to bed where you can rest and let your body heal. Have you been overdoing it or is it the coldness that is affecting you?
Sending warming healing fluffies to you

Morning zeb my name is Ros. How u doing hun
I'm okay thank you Ros are you resting? I am today
Resting is as good as sleep sometimes Ros if you can grab at least an hour of rest and relaxation it will help your body release the endorphines/chemicals needed to repair and heal as it would when you're asleep. Check out my relaxation posts if you like there's a couple of different things to help just click on me to get into my profile and check my posts or look in the symptoms/treatments category.
Hope you find this helpful Ros

Hi, I am also having bad pain day, even the soles of my feet are painful! my GP surgery phoned to say my GP wanted to see me, and suggested I come in Friday, but I had to say no, I said I would go in next Wednesday as it should have eased up by then
Awe mazz me too love really painful I didn't think I was gonna have it this bad I suffer with fibro fog do u have that too?
Hi yes in deed I do, it used to really upset me at the start, but now my family and I just laugh about it, better than crying
Mazz surely you need to go when it is bad so the medic can see you at your worse! Waiting till it has eased off rather makes alottery of your appointment

Hi gens. I live in a second floor flat and the very thought of having to go up and down those stairs is just too much, I also have to use stairs to get to the DR office, so all in all I just can't face it when I'm like this. I love my flat and don't want to move from here, I feel safe and can leave the windows open at night. xx
Hi Roz, sorry your day is bad hopefully your pains will ease off soon. I am sure you are full of meds well now all you need is a hot /waterbottle and a blanket cuddle up infront of the tele untill you have to go for kids.
Thinking of you and as Zeb would say here is a warm fluffie

My deepest warm hugs goes out to everyone on here today xoxoxo
Hi Roz, sorry you are having such a rough time and feeling so bad. As dear gins has said, make yourself as comfy as you can, make sure you have all the meds that you need on board and then just relax and unwind in whatever way suits you best.
We all get days when we feel we can't cope, but they do pass, not always as quickly as we would like them to, but then that's the nature of fibro which we battle with unfortunately !
I'm sending loads of positive healing vibes your way
Foggy x
Thank you all for your kind thoughts. I've had a rough day following a bad night, my first with proper restless legs. Never had it like this before, also hands, face and feet swollen, don't know what's going on, just bloomin hurts.
What do you do when it hurts to sit in a chair and aches when you lie down and walking to the loo takes forever?. Sorry, don't mean to be so miserable, you are such a nice bunch I want to cry, how daft is that.?
Cross fingers, (can't do mine) all will be well tomorrow. Xx
