aches, pains, bruises and strains - it is a godsend to me.

on qvc today they are selling a litre of it with 3 smaller bottles of good stuff for about £28

as you need so little the litre can last a couple of years.

you don't rub it in, you pat it gently on.

pm me for the website address.

Wish I was able to use it, but as I have a blood clotting disorder, Von Willebrands, which is a lack of the clotting Factor VIII, so arnica, which thins the blood which is why the bruise dissipates more quickly, is a complete no-no for me. But I do know many of my friends use it with great efficacy for the treatment of many things, just like Sandra says.

Foggy x

You may be able to use Apple Cider Vinegar instead. You use it like a wrap for painful joints or swollen joints. As long as its not cellulitis, or as long as the skin is not broken you can apply it thus. Try a skin test first by dabbing a small amount on an area of skin and leaving it on for 20 mins. If the skin reacts ACV can be diluted three parts water to one part ACV then do skin test again in a different area. If no reaction soak a piece of cloth in ACV wrap cloth around the affected area and cover with cling. Leave on for no longer than 2 hours. It's very soothing.

You can get an arnicare message and bath oil which does help with sore muscles and the smell is relaxing too. I use on shoulders neat or in a hot bath when everything hurts. It doesn't take it away, but does provide some relief x
