Progesterone pessary into cervix/uterus

I'm on day 9 after day 3 frozen embryo transfer (it's my one and only attempt). I've been inserting cyclogest pessary twice a day. Up until yesterday I was able to get most of my finger to position the pessary. But since yesterday evening I've only managed half a finger before reaching soft tissue. Feel like it might be my cervix. Just worried that I maybe pushing the pessary into uterus and therefore affecting implantation. Has anyone else had this happen?

It might be that your cervix has got lower and changed position. But it is not possible for you to push the pessary through the cervix/into uterus so don’t worry about that. Just push it in as far as you can but minimise touching your cervix as much as you can. Best of luck for OTD

Your cervix can change position regularly don't worry, you just might need to change the angle a little bit. X

Hi. The pessary is pushed into the vagina, not the cervix. If you cant manage that, then put it in the back passage. Either way it stays for 20-30 minutes. Any leftover after that will leak out and is not needed. Good luck. Diane

Thank you ladies. I tried a different angle today but the pessary ends up going sideways, I'm laying down when inserting. Tomorrow I might try inserting standing up. Hopefully I'm getting enough progesterone into my system to start a pregnancy 🙏. Hope it's working out for others 🤲

I’ve been instructed to always insert cyclogest through my back passage- have you tried that?
