Does anyone else bleed with a uterine pessary

Started my cyclogest pessary yestoday evening and noticed this morning I have white little floaty bits in my urine I take this is normal ?

I'll be assessed to see if my cervix needs opening, but will most likely need a pessary or rods. Does anybody have any stories to share please? E.g. of cervix being open/ closed at 37 weeks/ preference for rods/pessary/ experience of contractions/ how long the process took from beginning to end?

Does anyone else have problems with bleeding from the vagina when having bowel movements wearing a uterine pessary. Also do you feel wet all the time. Does anyone else take estrogen cream internationally twice a week. P

Prior to that had tried ring/ doughnut pessary but was told as I had a short vaginal passage they kept coming out. Prolapse has now come down quite significantly following a cough (I think). Not quite protruding but nearly want to try a pessary again.

Anyone recommend any lubricants that can be used to help the insertion of the pessary ?

Long story short ( it was a battle) got a 62 mil silicone vaginal pessary fitted last Friday- it fell out after 7hrs! HELP!!

I have Utrogestan vaginal pessary, so I'll take my one first thing in the morning and then transfer at 11.30am. Or should I check with the clinic that I'm still supposed to take one? Having IVF makes you second guess and doubt everything!

Does anyone else bleed with a pessary fitted. Mine comes and goes had a scan all ok that was last year. It is more when I open my bowels. But bleed from vagina.

Does anyone else occasionally bleed from the vagina with a ring pessary. Especially when opening bowels.

I’m under gynae and have had physio input, pessary and have symptoms of uncomfortable periods, back pain, incontinence issues (stress on the bladder). I’ve been told my options are to manage with physio and pessary, bladder repair, mesh repair or hysterectomy.

I can find loads of oral ones online and in drugstores but not a pessary version. Many thanks.

Should the pessary be this low? Should the end of it be sticking out all the time? When it was fitted, the nurse said, if it's keeping the prolapse inside, which it is , then it's working. But it's very uncomfortable. Any tips on how to reduce these other issues?

so conclusion for use of HRT Now to decide definitely on the vagifem pessary or estriol cream, favouring the cream if I'm honest. just want it sorted !!
