Hi all,

Seeking recommendations for CoQ10 to take to improve my eggs. I’m already taking DHEA as recommended by our clinic, and Pregnacare conception. Understand brands shouldn’t be listed publicly so would be grateful for DMs.

Thank you xx

To add, I am 39, very low AMH (1.9 pmol) and low AFC. Recent EC amazingly ended up with 2 eggs, both fertilised, both blasts, but devastatingly received news neither are viable following PGT-M and PGT-A 💔 Just want to do what I can to up chances with better egg quality 🙏🏼

Hi there, just wanted to say that I have been in a similar-ish position to you where I had 4 blastocysts all come up abnormal. Was absolutely devastating. I was 42 at the time. After that, I made a few changes to supplements etc and after 3 back to back collections I managed to get some euploids, shockingly 2 of them were from the week before I turned 44 so keep the hope! Feel free to DM me if you want more info on the supplements that seemed to help me.

Hi,

I highly recommend the supplement guide for egg quality in the book it starts with the egg! I followed this and ended up with 6 pgta tested embryos. Also for c0q10 you want ubiquinol, I used these amzn.eu/d/4uAfDKg Xx

Hi, I also used this supplement, I took 400 each day. I also took b12. I had my collection on Thursday - I got 18, 16 of those were mature and 13 of those fertilised! This is my second round, first round I got 8 mature and 6 fertilised so the numbers are hugely different. I’m about to turn 40 so I never thought my eggs would improve. Good luck x

Thank you both so much 🙏🏼 I worry I’m starting these too late but if there’s a chance they will help then 🤞🏼 xx

I use ubiquinol coq 10. 100mg from life extension brand. 2 failed ivfs previously and conceived naturally right away after this. Baby is now 5 months and thinking of trying again. Im 41 now. I also read it starts with the egg and used mira ovulation tracker.

I’ve just just ordered the HTB 300mg Ubiquinol based on a previous reply recommendations 🤞🏼

My DHEA is by life extension though 🙏🏼

So many recommendations on this book so will be ordering that next.

Congratulations on your little bub and wishing you lots of luck if try again 🙏🏼

Sadly we can’t go down the natural route due to PGT-M being needed 😢 xx

I take ovum time to conceive.. it has all the supplements in which are recommended in the book “It starts with the egg”.. 3 tablets make up the required dose daily so I split them and take one at breakfast lunch and bed time.

The tablets already have 200mg coQ10 so I take an extra 400mg uniquinol which I buy from natures best. I take an extra 500mg vitamin c, extra 400iu vitamin e, 500mg NMN and inessa omega 3 at night.

I’ve took most of those for over a good year but i’m only month 2 of taking NMN. My egg collection will be around 6th April so i’m keen to see if they’ve made a difference to quality xx

Thank you for sharing your supplement tips 🤗 I’ve actually just ordered some NMN following another post I saw on here the other day. I don’t know how soon they will allow me to do another EC, my last one was Feb 5th so might not have enough time to make any impact but one can try 🥹

Wishing you lots of luck 🍀🤞🏼 xx

You’re welcome xxx

I forgot to add I also take the invivo femme v probiotic xx

My last one was the beginning of Dec and we’re aiming to start meds end of March for EC beginning of April xx An egg health cycle is 90 days so I try wait that amount of time to maximise chances xx

Good luck to you xxxx

Hi HelzBelzUK, I am curious about your egg collection result after taking NMN. This is something I am considering including in my supplementation plan. Fingers crossed for You!

Hi

I took Ubiquinol QH-absorb Jarrow Formulas 400mg. I also took my vitamin d, iron and Jarrow Formulas Extra Strength Methyl Folate 400 mcg . Another supplement I found useful was celery force by a brand called Vimergy, along with celery juices. I had a much better outcome in my second round of IVF with more mature eggs, with much better quality. Currently 8 weeks pregnant with a 5AA embryo.

Best of luck!
