Hi Katrina, I’m taking 600mg a day (I have low Amh). I was originally taking jarrow formulas but switched to health thru nutrition as it’s cheaper. Both are available on Amazon x
Thank you I will have a look now. Have been told my amh is normal for my age just over 16 but I seem to produce poor quality eggs so have been recommended dhea and want to change my coq10 to ubiquinol as last clinic only recommended normal coq10. Hope your ok and your call tomorrow goes ok it’s such a hard decision xx
Thanks lovely. Anything is worth a shot. Some say taking PQQ helps the ubiquinol work. I took it this cycle and also royal jelly for a while until I ran out x
Hiya
I took ubiquinol 300mg once daily
Tried ppq, royal jelly, dhea and omega 3 to help increase egg quality and quantity as well. Good luck xx
Penny24 and did it help?
I took 300mg Ubiquinol daily. I got mine on amazon as it can be quite pricey otherwise.
Took Magnesium, tons of fish oil, folate and selenium in addition to my pre-conception meds. Was a total junkie! 😊
Xxx
I took 300mg ubiquonol daily and also 75mg micronized DHEA. This happened in my 4th cycle and I'm now almost 15 weeks pregnant!!! Defo helped egg quality without a doubt. xx
I started off on 600 of uboquinol but I got dizzy so reduced to 100 a day after about 3 months. Also took the 75 of DHEA and Omega 3 WITH EPA and DHA and am now 23 weeks pregnant. I had issues with egg quality on previous rounds.xx
I suggest you buy them via Nutri Advance.
