Endometrial scratch prior to first FET

Hi all.

I am planning for my first FET next Month. Hoping to start meds next 2 weeks. I have stage 4 Endo, my last surgery was over a year ago, but I definitely feel it's back. Although we have 9 embryos, I want to give my all to this transfer (as we all do). My sister had a frozen transfer previously with 1 embryo and had a scratch, and got pregnant. I've read other successful stories of women having successful outcomes following a scratch. The fertility clinic I am with only recommend things that are evidence based so would not recommend an endometrial scratch. However, I can have one done privately. I just wonder if it's a case that, it won't do any harm and may or may not help. Looking for advice for anyone who may have some advice or guidance!

It is thought to trigger the body to repair the site of the scratch by releasing chemicals and hormones , that may make the womb lining more receptive to an embryo implanting .

Good luck with your treatment
