Ok, so I really should be a pro by now but I took some other vitamins this time around to help lining thickness.

Now, do I stop my vitamin E and B complex? I have read too much vitamin E isnt good?

I didnt take this before so very mixed on whats right or not?

I stopped all but my pregnacare last time and wondering if i should do the same again now?

Any thoughts? xx

Anyone?

I’m pretty concerned now that I should have stopped straight from transfer!

I’m not sure on the vitamin b complex, I’ve heard mixed on those to!

I wish there wasn’t so much conflicting advise!

Vitamin D and folic acid are about the most important hormones you can take xx

Thanks hun. I’ll just stick to pregnacare in that case x

I just took a fertility/pregnancy supplement from Superdrug as it contains all the vitamins you in the right quantities. I then switched to pregncare after my positive test.

Good luck with your 2WW hope it brings you a BFP xoxo

Thanks hun. I’ll just stick to the before conception pregnacare.

I really hope this one is our sticky bean!

I think that’s why I am so worried and nervous as obviously I want it so much anyway but after the chemical I want it even more to work! Xx

I think all the fertility supplements are the same. You know then it’s safe then for TTC/treatment.

I’m so sorry about your chemical pregnancy- I had one last year. I’m now 11 weeks. Just because that pregnancy didn’t work out doesn’t mean the next one wouldn’t - lots of women go on to have a healthy baby after a miscarriage.

Fingers crossed this is your time 🤞🏻✨🌈 xoxo

Yes,that’s true. I’ll stick to those to be safe!

Sorry you’ve had a chemical too but congratulations on your pregnancy!

You are right, it doesn’t mean this won’t make it. I’m just so much more nervous as this was a natural FET, it’s scary having no meds to support but our situation is male factor, so there is no reason why I shouldn’t be fine but it’s just another new thing and new set of worry!

I don’t think I’ll ever not be a worrier! I’ll be worried until baby finally arrives then a new set of worries begins haha! Xx
