I’m preparing for a semi natural FET and was wondering if you have any advice on food/ supplements/ exercise to take to help with the lining thickness.
I’ve always had a very good lining in medicated cycles but have no idea how my lining would be in a natural cycle.
I already bought some raspberry leaf tea as read it here. Any other suggestions please?

Maybe try some yoga ,walking, jogging or any other exercise that allows the hips to move and helps to increase the blood flow to the wombThinking of you
