IUI vs. IVF

Hi,

Firstly let’s tell you a bit about mine and my OH’s situation. We’ve been TTC for 2 years, I’ve had an internal ultrasound, HyCoSy - all fine and clear. My AMH is normal and I have regular periods. My OH’s results are also all normal apart from low sperm count.

so we’ve been told to go for IVF with ICSI, but I’m wondering if we might be worth doing a round of IUI first? My body seems to be doing what it should and so I don’t know whether we should do the IUI route first before I start with IVF and the drug regime?

Any advice greatly appreciated if anyone has faced a similar situation.
