worst amh and fsh. So worried

I’m 39 and a half with recent amh reading of 1.8, fsh was 7 ( 6 months ago) and recent follicle count was 8. You need to make 2 out of three to qualify for nhs funding. So far follicle count is ok. I know amh won’t. fSh is key here.

My last round was my first and a disaster ( don’t think medication was right and it was started too late) only 3 eggs, two fertilised but only none made it to day 5. This was put down to poor egg quality due to age. (Collected 4 September)

I am now waiting to hear on my recent day 2 blood test -mainly fsh reading to see if it’s bellow 8.9 and if I will qualify for another round with the nhs. I have already been told I was appproved and shown my treatment plan though?! Then the blood test cropped up . So stressful. All my readings seem so crap compared to everyone else’s. Will it even be possible? I have been on Coq10 for about a month now. And made lifestyle adjustments such as no sugar or alcohol or carbs. I’d like to leave a cycle a bit longer maybe but I’m so worried about my time limits i don’t know what to do for the best…. Time is ticking . I can’t get my head around egg donation

I've had my most recent amh come back as 3.8 and then retest as 3.2, was told I do not qualify for another round on the nhs as amh has to be above 5.4 for that

What is your fsh and folllicle count? You need to make two out of three where I am x

I assume the rules are different (why??) where I am because these things have not been measured for me, neither before the first time nor recently. I've never even heard of fsh x

how could get free NHS fund? I was told no free cycle after 35y by NHS?

It is different in different boroughs x
