Hey, I have hyperprolactinemia and have been taking cabergoline for about 5 years. I've been told by both endocrinologists and fertility doctors that cabergoline is safe to take in pregnancy. I took it until I got a BFP after my FET, and at that point I stopped because there was no need to keep taking it. Don't worry, it won't harm your embryo.
