They havent said anything yet, i have sent my results to my gynea in south africa waiting for her reply

If my progestrone is low then she said she will put me on femara a fertility drug

In my clinic, at 7 days after ovulation they want to see progesterone >20. Do ypu know that you ovulate and when? I think that a day 21 blood test is stupid, because least people ovulate at CD14. Thr prolactin seems a bit high. Did they not talk to you?

Ah I see, so CD21 seems right. I am not a doctor, but I think that more tests need to be done before a treatment can be suggested. Usually CD3 bloods are also taken to see your testosterone and estrogen, LSH and FSH levels. But I am sure your doctor will do the right thing.

I hope for you that your wish comes true :-)

Your prolactin doesnt look too bad from my own knowledge (I had prolactin issues) but it is a little higher than the normal level ranges on your results page so you'll need to see what your clinic say. I would have expected your progesterone levels to be a little higher for you day 21 test to show ovulation which is possibly why they are possibly looking at femara. Hopefully it wont be long until you hear back from your clinic with more informed information.xx
