Hi everyone, recently had my second FET and I’m currently in the middle of the TWW. On my last cycle (which obviously failed) my progesterone levels were 135 nmol on the day of transfer. On this round, they were 154 nmol. This seems very high given that the clinic aim for over 80. They are insisting that these levels are fine and seem to take the view that you can’t have too much of a good thing with progesterone. I’m on 400mg of cyclogest twice a day. I’ve read that levels over 103nmol on day of transfer can actually be detrimental to implantation. Just wondering if anyone would mind sharing their levels on day of transfer in cycles that were successful? Thanks so much!

Progesterone levels too high?
My first successful fresh round it was 550 nmol/L (15mo boy). My second one (8.5w pregnant, medicated FET) it was 32.8 nmol/L but that was just before the morning Lubion injection ie at my minimum level. I had it measured a few days later 1h after the injection and it was 780 nmol/L. Timing relative to medication matters, unsurprisingly. Xx
my progesterone was 147nmol/L day after transfer and I am holding my little one now! Xx
My progesterone was 190nmol two days before transfer and the clinic was happy with that. I have twins from that transfer.
thanks all, this is so reassuring! So glad I found this forum!
Can I ask if you asked the clinic to check your levels or if they do it automatically? I'm through the NHS and they don't check. They just do a scan about 10 days prior and thats it xx
