Thin womb lining at D8 scan

Hi All, I haven’t posted on here for a little while as my last cycle was cancelled. I didn’t respond well to the stims 😔 Trying again this month but although I have 3 follicles on D8 (I have low AMH so I don’t respond well anyway), now my womb lining is too thin at 5.4mm. I’m taking aspirin and dr is prescribing oestradiol but now I’m so worried they’ll cancel again because of my lining 😳 any advice or experience of this? Many thanks xxx

Thanks Diane, I’ve been prescribed tablets to take vaginally. Are there also patches too? Hopefully the tablets are just as good 🤞🏻

I was recommended raspberry leaf tea to help with thickening lining, hard to know for sure but I think it helped (don't drink it during pregnancy though, from memory I stopped a few days before transfer)

vitamin E and lots of yoga to circulate the blood is helpful. You can find lots of yoga videos on YouTube for uterus blood flow. Wear thick socks and keep warm too. Best of luck.💗

Pomegranate juice is supposed to help. I drank one glass per day in the run up to my second FET and the lining was thicker than with the first one. Good luck!

Thanks for the advice 🙏 quick update, my womb lining thickened to 7.8mm. The oestradiol and aspirin must have worked… plus I took vitamin E, tried to keep warm with thick soaks, water bottle at night and did yoga 👍
