Sorry if this isn’t relevant here but it’s getting me a bit down and self conscious. This cycle my skin has been terrible, really sore spots! I always get a bit of a flare up (had acne as a teen) but this time it’s really bad 😭 conscious the kind of stuff I used when I was younger is probs not great from an ingredient perspective for helping this transfer work and was just wondering if anyone had similar and had any gentle IVF friendly things that had helped them? Google seems to contradict itself 🤪
Currently on progesterone pessaries and lubion injections, prostrap (as No burselin) and progynova and just starting clexane today after transfer today (hopefully🤞🏽) in case that makes any difference xx

Check with your clinic for suggestion for skin care - meantime try gentle skin care products for sensitive skin - avoid heat , sunlight and drink plenty of fluids . Hope it settles down soon Good luck with treatment
I have really suffered with my skin since having IVF and then I had some horrible breakouts postpartum after my daughter. Hormonal skin is the worst! I tried lots of things and along the way bought a lumispa and it’s honestly been an absolute game changer for me. I use the blemish cleanser with it and carried on using it throughout pregnancy so I can’t see any reason you couldn’t use it during IVF treatment as well. I’ve genuinely never felt better about my skin.
You can probably find someone you know on insta etc who sells them, they are everywhere 😂 xx
Oh I will absolutely try this! Thanks so much you wonderful human 🤗 Don’t know why I’ve never heard of it or social media hasn’t been tracking my search cookies and showed me an ad by now 😂 xx
I think that it is worth contacting a doctor with such a problem. After passing the tests, he would prescribe the necessary cosmetics for the skin. But in general, for delicate skin, it is worth using cosmetics from the Topiсream company. And also constantly apply SPF. It is better to buy all this in a local pharmacy or try to find here canadapharmacy.com/ , and I do not recommend it in some stores.
