Hi everyone,

Just home from my first egg collection and all being well il have my ET later on in the week.

I’m hoping you could share any tips or superstitions for a successful implantation 🤞🏻

I’ve already added pineapple to my shopping list and plan on grabbing some McDonalds chips on the way home. My lucky socks are ready too.

Is there anything else anyone can suggest? Mainly so I can keep my mind occupied and feel like I’m doing all I can.

Thanks for reading xxx

I like to keep my feet warm. My husband and I must say “warm feet warm womb” about 100 times a day during our ttw 😂 good luck 🤞🏼 xxx

I like to use fluffy socks but my favourite is a hot water bottle on my feet. Cwtched up on the sofa with my dog. Perfect stress reliever xxx

I talked to my blastocyst throughout TWW, rubbing my belly, and tried to imagine it implanting. It feels weird talking to it at first but after a couple of days it comes naturally. It probably wasn't the magic fix but that round worked and it kept me calm during the TWW :) xx

I talked to my follicles during stims for retrieval! Good to know I’m not the only one!

In all the cycles that gave me a positive result, I was having at least 30 minutes walk (no brisk, actually on the slow side) every day!

McDonalds chips, pineapple, beetroot, pomegranate juice, full fat milk, fresh air and walks, warm feet, acupuncture and meditation

Just a general tip, try and keep clear of Google, it’s not your friend! it will quickly take you down the rabbit hole. It’s better to ask for advice on this forum. Try and get into a Netflix series /good book to keep your mind busy. Don’t look up statistics and don’t compare yourself to others. This is your journey. Wishing you all the best ❤️ x x

Honestly after undergoing 6 transfers nothing is going to effect your chances of embryo implanting, you just need a good embryo. In a way it was reassuring to me that it's not sth I did that made the cycle fail or it's not sth I didn't do and so it failed.

Hope you get your positive!
