Started #3 STIMs today

Hi everyone, I started our third round of STIMs today, feeling much more positive this cycle and in a better headspace for it. Think the break over the summer has done us good. They’ve totally changed my protocol this time as don’t respond to Bemfola when stimulating, so this time around I’m doing two stims drugs each evening! Am excited to try something new, so we are doing 300 Gonal F and 150 Luveris. Never heard of Luveris but my consultant said it’s really good for helping to also improve egg quality (I’m 38). I did my injections tonight and I have to say Gonal F is so easy to administer compared to some of the others I have done so that was a pleasant surprise! Anyone else had Gonal F and Luveris combo? Or either/or?

Go back Friday to see how the follicles are progressing after this initial 3 day time period. Fingers crossed! X

Hi,

I had this combination that resulted in my son four years ago. I found gonal f the easier injection too. I'm starting again in the next few months to try for a sibling. Waiting on my follow up call to see what protocol and meds I will be on and hoping for the same. Wishing you lots of luck with your cycle and baby dust. Xx
