Hi ladies.

I started stims yesterday (150 menopur and 300 gonal f) and I must admit I'm feeling rather crappy. Very groggy and headaches. Not sure if it's coinsidence or the drugs. Starting cetrocide tomorrow so so kinda have the fear 🙈 is it ok to take painkillers? xx

Yes you can take paracetamol, codeine or co-codamol. I know some people don’t like to take anything but it is safe to. Sorry you feel so groggy. I was the same. Good luck. Xx

I know you can definitely take paracetamol but not sure of anything else.

Take some paracetamol. Drink plenty of water. I didn’t feel great either. Hang in there xx

Yep I'm on day 9 of gonal f hell myself (collection day set for Halloween lol) and I've been taking ibuprofen for the headaches which has really helped! So many horrible side effects with these drugs, yuck! Hang in there xx
