This has probably been asked 101 times but I hope you don't mind me asking again.
So far I have had 2 Frozen Embryo Transfers first one ended in early miscarriage and 2nd one didn't take.
The first time I was on oral estrogen 2x 2mg three times a day and 2x 200mg progesterone pessaries twice a day (so 800mg progesterone daily).
This time around I was on estrogen patches 100mcg changed every other day. 2x 200mg progesterone pessaries twice a day (so 800mg progesterone daily) and one anticoag injection a day (20mg). As well as my folid acid and vitamin D vitamin which I have taken daily for the last few years.
I have endometriosis, adenomyosis (which isn't pertruding into the lining so they say won't be an issue) and PCOS. Following my miscarriage I had a hysteroscopy for treatment of my endometriosis and a uterine septum was found and removed. I have a chronic high white cell count which, Haematology and Rheumatology have put down to chronic inflammation because of the endometriosis. I have also had a + anti nuclear antibody test but with no further action because I have no other factors that could indicate a rheumatic condition. My consultants are aware of all of the above already.
I already have a list of questions as long as my arm but I was just wondering if anyone has any advice on what they would ask?
Are there any tests I should request?
Has anyone been in a similar situation and changed something and had a positive result?
Are there any vitamins or supplements I can take? - I have just ordered Pro-Ven Women’s Lactobacillus With Cranberry after reading that Lactobacillus probiotics help with fertility etc.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
