Finally some good news

After a failed round earlier in the year, I've been on all sorts of supplements to try and boost my levels for our second round which we will start mid July. I had blood tests last week and it looks like the supplements are working. My AMH has increased from 2.4 to 5.4 and my FSH has decreased, from 7.9 to 5.9 which is the way we want it for both of them. More eggs in reserve and they are better quality. I feel like I can dare to hope again! I've been on 400-500 mg of Co-Q 10 a day, and taking a Chinese herbal tea twice daily that my acupuncturist recommended.

I'm not sure what's in it! My acupuncturist gets it made up for me and all I know is it's good for fertility. I can ask what the ingredients are if you want?
