I didn't respond to fertility drugs as in 450 units of gonal f, we had 1 egg. It fertilised, brought to blastocyst, transferred nicely, and we have a little girl! We are now doing a final try to see if p.nut is meant to have a sibling. Don't lose hope. We honestly didn't think it would work.

Sorry, just checked, our successful one was transferred as a 4 cell embryo. Was meant to wait, but as there was only 1 and was responding properly it was transferred on day 2. This was final attempt #5. It worked!

Hi, I had fertility treatment for 11 years from tablets all the way to IVF. On our very last go, everything went wrong that could, took longer on the buserilin at the beginning, had to go away in the middle of treatment, so all the injections had to come with us and hubbie had to give them! Not many folicles at egg retrieval. Only 3 eggs, and only one fertilised. I had to have my tooth taken out the day of transfer!! I was convince that there was no chance that it would work! But I was lucky and I have a lovely 15yr old now! Fate has a lot to answer for, but sometimes it shines on you. I hope everything works out for you and will keep my fingers crossed and send positive vibes your way. Good luck xx

I went to see an old school friend last Thursday who I've not seen for 23 years - and I got to meet her 4 week old daughter, the result of only one embryo that survived to day 3 in her last ICSI cycle - as she said, sometimes it only takes one!!

Xx

I only had 2 eggs retrieved and 1 fertilised successfully with ICSI, it developed well and was transferred back into me on day 2 - I will be taking my pregnancy test on 16th April, I will let you know. I remain positive xx

Saturday idk all the symptoms I've possibly had are side affects of progesterone as well.
