I'm half way through my 2 week wait. On transfer day my progesterone levels were 87 and my clinic likes you to be above 100 so they increased my medication. Today is 6dp5dt and my progesterone levels were checked again and now 405! They have said to continue with all the medications but it seems quite high and I'm already on a lot! I'm taking lentogest 3x a week, cyclogest 3x day, crinone 2x a day, utrogestan 3x a day!!

I'm not sure! But I actually wish I was on more 😪 This cycle we were put on lubion injections instead of pessaries and I'm freaking out that it isn't enough. Lots of people seem to take pessaries too... it's a nightmare isn't it....Glad your clinic actually tracks your level though, wish nine did regular tests xx
I think more progesteron is better than less , I heard lubion is not too effective and lentogest pio shot is the gold. Am currently on lentogest, utrogestan, crinone
Lubion works well hun - don't worry!! As you're having a fresh transfer your body will be producing it's own progesterone - hence them giving you less. xx
Wow that is a big number but your clinic would reduce if they thought it was way too high. As far as I could make out from my research high is ok but low is not so hopefully you just need a little bit of luck.🤞🏻xx
Is your 405 in nmol/ml or ng/ml? I did read that low is not good but too high may cause hypospadias, fetal death or birth defects in rats in experiments (they can't test in humans) and may raise health risks for mother. That's why I posted the question I did a few days before yours.. My dosage is in my qn. But some clinics dismiss these studies. Let's update each other if either of us finds out more info!
