Neupogen

My oncologist was going to inquire if I could get an injection of neupogen to elevate the neutrophil count. I will have my 3rd lab next week to see where the count is then. I don’t love what I read about the injection.

I’ve received numerous Neupogen injections. Thankfully my EBC count has been in the low average range, where they want it, since early August. I administered my last Neupogen injection on July 29, 2023. I picked up CMV from the donor organ.

hi ladies, I would like to hear your views on neupogen. Did it help you? Did you have other immune meds alongside it? What was yoir diagnostic for taking it?

Hi all, has anyone done the Neupogen wash and had success with IVF? Please share.

So far little side effects, just started cycle 3 - but have had a total of 3 neupogen shots during cycles 1-3. 1. Do the neupogen shots give any prognosis for how the V &O May work? It’s my front line treatment after 9 years watch and wait. 2. What is high disease burden ?

am at end of cycle 3 of o+v Today monocytes 31% I did need neupogen shot - wbc 1.6 and anc .6 does anyone know if this monocyte number is cause for concern, has anyone had this kind of thing before? This no has never been above 20 for me since I started treatment.

And it was without the help of Neupogen. Today my WBC count is 4.48!!! Finally it’s back in the normal range! And without Neupogen! I couldn’t be more thrilled! I don’t have my CMV data back yet. It had elevated from <35 to 84 last week.

Low WBC count: I initially received Neupogen injections for this. I did experience some pretty intense side effects, e.g., lots and lots of bone and joint pain along with other side effects. I haven’t had a Neupogen injection since July 29, 2023. My WBC count is now typically in the normal range.

Meanwhile I’ve been on Neupogen injections to pull my WBC count up. My last Neupogen injection was July 29, 2023. My last two labs have shown my WBC count is finally back 5.46 and 5.43 without medication support.

• Currently on BABY ASPIRIN • Currently on LEVOTHYROXINE 100 MCG • Currently on BROMOCRIPTINE 2.5 MG • Currently on Prenatal • Currently on 2 mg of Estradiol twice a day • Currently on progestogen in oil shots I’ve also done the Neupogen Injections (sticky glue) for my 2nd transfer.

Those of you who finally had success with donor eggs or embryos did you also need a reproductive immunology protocol (eg did you have steroids , hydroxychloroquine, intralipids neupogen, lit treatment anything like that) or did donor option work all by itself???

At this point I’m hopeful we’ll get this figured out and I won’t need neupogen injections long term; however, regardless of that issue, I’m thrilled to have received this precious gift! Jayhawker

Has anyone experienced extreme pain with Neupogen GCSF injections? My husband has received 2 out of 4 injections and is in agonizing bone pain. His specialist recommended a hot bath, Claritin, and Tylenol. I also have a heating pad on his back.

They are doing the usual IV antibiotics, blood cultures, blood tests, and now neupogen shots since my counts went down. The venetoclax is also on hold again, of course. I am still here and I am writing this from my fun isolation covid hospital room.

Now I am supposed to put 2 injections Neupogen and I cannot do it alone, as I am afraid. Can you help me with information where I can go to put the injections, who can do this for me - lical clinic, private clinic, private nurse, in a lab? I have no idea. Thank you so much in advance.

Doctor gave me aspirin, steroids, blood thinners, estrogen tablets, estrogen patches, some injection called Neupogen which they give to women with recurrent miscarriages.

Dr Google told me the low is better than high, and doctors either ignore the results, or suggest endometrial scratch, hCG injections, or Neupogen/GCSF. Has anyone else been diagnosed with low NK cells? Thanks, everyone!

Hi, I had my 5th embryo transfer with neupogen wash on the same day of transfer. I have negative hpt on day10. I have blood test tomorrow. Anyone with failed ivf with neupogen wash?

We are now holding the Venclexta for a while, will have Neupogen the next 3 days, and then reevaluate on Monday. He has delayed the 5th Gazyva indefinitely and I hope for good. Bear in mind my husband is already 82 and his CLL is not aggressive.
