I was hoping someone could help me. I am doing my 7th cycle of ivf. I had 3 at argc and they all failed. I then moved on to donor eggs in Spain. Two of the cycles were cancelled as the lining did not get past 7mn. On the third where the lining was 7.3 there were no embryos to implant as we were doing a fresh cycle. It has been a tricky year.
I am now back at argc to help increase the lining. I am in day 12 and the lining is 5.7mn. I have had a Neupogen wash and will be scanned again tomorrow.
I am really struggling emotionally this time and would like to hear from anyone who has had any experience of the neupogen wash and how it affected their lining?
Thanks for your help.

I tried this but it didn't help mine , altho it did help another patient of my docs. What did help mine was pentoxifyline and vitamin E, as my issue was a blood flow issue rather than an estrogen issue. If yours is also a blood flow issue, it might be worth considering...
Hi, I gas the neupogen was twice and it didn’t make me ch difference. The first wash resulted in an increase from 5.7 to 6.3 and the second resulted in an increase to 6.4. Not great for me but does work for some people. Still trying to grow the lining with progynova so we will see where we are in Monday.
HI BP - gosh soo sorry to hear about your tough journey and fingers crossed the lining plumps up this time. I am considering moving to ARGC for me next round and wondered if you could share your experience/ impressions of then. As far as I know, I don't have any specific fertility issues expect for age of 41 - my lining and egg response has been ok. Thanks and hugs xxx
I have had the neupogen wash a few times and it definetely did help with my lining. I went from 7.9 to around 9-10 which was good. Also do check that your progesterone levels are ok. I'm currently 12 weeks pregnant from my 7th transfer and did neupogen and increases progesterone which I think contribution uted to the positive. Good luck xx
