Tubal removal and iVF success after 1 round

I had surgery to remove my tubes on April 9 due to hydrosalpinx. I am preparing for IVF. I currently 36 almost 37 has anyone had successful IVF after one round? Insurance didn't cover the surgery or any fees associated with infertility. I dont know if I will be capable of trying more than one round of IVF due to costs. Does anyone have tips, suggestions to ensure my first round is successful. I'm willing to try anything such as accupuncture, diet, vitamins, ect. All advice is welcome.

Hi lovely... I had a successful round after removal of hydrosalpinx. During my cycle I did do accupuncture so not sure whether this helped or not. I also drank pomegranate juice and Brazil nuts and took all my vitamins too. Good luck with your cycle... now the hydro has gone your body is in the best shape.... good luck 😘😘
